The Poetry of Food

In the Fall of 2023, Professor Jill Moses taught a one-credit colloquium course for English majors: The Poetry of Food. This chapbook, published in November of 2024, features students’ writing about their own journeys with food. Our undergraduate student interns and co-ops worked on layout/formatting, copyediting/proofreading, and illustrated the cover art.
