The Zelda Provenzano Endowed STEM Writing Award (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math): Essays about science, technology, bioscience, biotechnology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, STEM education, and related topics. This category is open to current undergraduates in all majors and all colleges at Drexel.

Humanities: Essays about history, politics, literature, philosophy, and related topics. This category is open to current undergraduates in all majors and all colleges at Drexel.

Social Science: Essays about culture, sociology, anthropology, criminal justice, psychology, and related topics. This category is open to current undergraduates in all majors and all colleges at Drexel.

Write Now Philly

Write Now Philly is an online magazine devoted to writing, books, literature, publishing, and the literary community, with a focus on the Philadelphia area. 

The 33rd

The 33rd is Drexel’s College of Arts and Sciences anthology of interdisciplinary student and faculty writing. This book features the winners and honorable mentions of the First-Year Writing Contest, the DPG Creative Writing Contest, the DPG Essay Contest, and the Literature Essay Contest. The 33rd is published once a year in the fall term. The book has been published every year for the last twelve years and is used in the First-Year Writing curriculum. 

Paper Dragon

Paper Dragon is the literary journal of Drexel University’s MFA in Creative Writing program. It is managed and edited by MFA students and published with generous help from the Drexel Publishing Group.
